ECMG will look for only the highest character employees and managers when hiring. The company wants partners who care not about making money (as compensation will not be awarded for quite some time), but rather watching the company grow and expand before them. Our concerns are the global expansion of both entrepreneurship and ECMG and we look for individuals who share the dream of making Eichhorn Capital Management Group into one of the finest companies ever established.
Compensation will NOT be awarded in the early years of the company. However, in order to recognize our partners’ hard work and input, should anything happen to ECMG before compensation has been awarded, each partner will receive an equity liquidation stake, to be negotiated at a later time.
New hires will only be brought aboard if they can act as significant contributors to business operations. It is essential, especially in the beginning, for any new partner to be well versed in business and be able to handle tasks across various business sectors. New hires would work together with the Chief Executive forming a team with equal input from all ends. New hires will have equal weight with regards to decision making.
As a means of checks and balances, the Chief Executive will have no veto power over his new hire(s). However, no course of action will be made until ALL partners have agreed on one solution.
